If you talk about quality follow it yourself:

Since when does ON/OFF count as two options?
Just because one got diffrent ways to let the user get money via
different options doesn't make it more plusses. They are just a
variations on ONE option.
Just because one add the same kind of options for each player hardly
makes it a exta plus for each player. Does it matter if they are on a
diffrent offset? No!
